Employee Video

The SGIA Ergonomics Training Program includes a brief fifteen- minute video providing employees with a general introduction to ergonomics. It provides a fresh overview of general ergonomic concepts along with a dramatization of common industry-specific tasks and ergonomic solutions for potential risk areas.

The Employee Video is an easily understandable tool that can be used to educate employees about ergonomics and increase their awareness as it relates to their specific work environment. By using the video as a starting point for your ergonomic training program and then following up with an ergonomics discussion with your employees, you can reinforce key points while still being able to emphasize those job tasks that are specific to your work environment.
