Screen Data Sheets

Use these forms to track and monitor variables in your production process that can cause costly delays.  Using the following forms will help identify any deviation from established standards in your shop.

Documentation Form Manual Coating (20K, Adobe Acrobat)
This form provides an area for documenting manual coating variables using direct emulsion.

Documentation Form Automatic Coating (20K, Adobe Acrobat)
This form provides an area for documenting automatic coating variables using direct emulsion.

Documentation Form for Corner Softening (16K, Adobe Acrobat)
This chart provides corner softening data for retensionable frames working with screen tensions starting from 20 to 30 N/cm.

Documentation Form for Corner Softening Static (16K, Adobe Acrobat)
This chart provides corner softening data for static frames working with screen tensions starting from 20 to 30 N/cm.

Tensioning Chart Retensionables (16K, Adobe Acrobat)
This chart provides tensioning data for retensionable screen frames.

Mesh Documentation Chart (12K, Adobe Acrobat)
This chart notes specific rolls of screen fabric with all the technical data provided by the manufacturer.

Photostencil System Characteristics (20K, Adobe Acrobat)
This chart provides a great deal of technical data from resolution requirements, consistency of stencil thickness, relative ink deposit, stencil thickness extremes, mesh bridging, quantity of run and much more data for direct emulsions, indirect and capillary films.

Screen History Log (16K, Adobe Acrobat)
This chart provides a look at all the components that make up the screen and the use of the screen during its life with a specific screen mesh on that specific screen frame. One look will display past print jobs, tension before and after printing, tensioning information, printing impressions, press, stencil system and squeegee data.
