The following areas provide information on popular graphic file formats used for garment decoration, digital technologies that can produce screen film positives, and available software plug-ins for automatically generating screen separations.

File Formats
All files have a format with special coding that let's a software application know how to handle and interpret it. File formats are identified by a file extension at the end of the file name, such as ".jpg" for a particular type of graphic file. Four very popular file formats are defined and given a brief explanation.

Film Output Devices
A listing of film positive output devices is given including the company, models, imaging technology, maximum resolution, maximum media width, and links to compatible RIP software.

Moiré Tools
These downloadable files help to identify problematic halftone dot angles. Each file contains several dot angles that will help determine when and where Moiré will occur.
