VISA Invitation Letters
You must register to attend SGIA' 08 before you request your Visa Invitation Letter and Letter to the Embassy. You will need the Passport Number of each person attending to complete the Visa application process. Obtain your invitation letter early. You will find the Visa letter request submission form on the “Registration Summary Page” of your registration.
The State Department recommends that you begin your visa application process well in advance of your travel dates. The decision to grant visas belongs solely to the Embassy/Consulate. SGIA cannot promise that you or your colleagues will receive a visa. Likewise, SGIA cannot change the decision of the U.S. State Department should your application be denied. For more information on applying for a visa, visit the U.S. State Department Web site. |
