Printing Tips

Book Discounted Airfare and Rental Cars online!
Visit SGIA.org and go to Exhibitor Housing and Travel Online. Select the Air/Car Info tab to use Travel Planners' exclusive online booking service.

Ground Transportation Airport Shuttle
The Atlanta LINK provides airport shuttle service from the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport to all hotels in the SGIA ’08 hotels in the Downtown Area for $16.50 per person one-way/$29 per person round trip. Make your reservations by contacting The Atlanta LINK directly at 1-866-545-9633. The Atlanta LINK only provides service to GWCC Halls A & B. SGIA is being held in Hall C.

MARTA: ( Available from Airport to Hotels and Congress Center) – MARTA has a rail station right inside Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. This service offers the quickest and most inexpensive way to get to downtown Atlanta's hotels. The station is located near the baggage claim area, at the North end of the Airport. Rail service is also available to the GWCC.

Taxis
Cab fare from the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport to SGIA ’08 hotels is approximately $30 plus an additional charge for each additional person. (actual fares will depend on actual travel time, tips etc.). Fares originating from a business and concluding at a business within the zone of Downtown or Midtown have a rate of $8.00 for one person. There is a $2.00 charge for each additional person.The GWCC operates five surface lots and two parking decks-all located within the convention, sports and entertainment campus.If taking a taxi from the Airport to GWCC, ask to be dropped off a the "Building C Taxi Stand".

Parking Rates
Parking rates are $10 or less for all-day parking and never increase due to event day activity in downtown. All lots are gated and attendants are on duty during all show/event hours. Additionally, GWCC public safety force patrols the lots and decks ensuring the safety of you and your automobile. Emergency vehicle assistance is available for motorists in distress.

SGIA Shuttle Bus Service
Shuttle bus services will be available to and from the hotels in our block and the convention center on Tuesday October 14 through Saturday October 18. Once you have checked into your hotel, look for the signs providing detailed information for pick up locations, frequency of arrival and departure and overall hours of operation.

Remote Access Check-in Service!
You can now check-in at the GWCC and bypass the airport lines! This unique service allows you to check your bags and receive your boarding pass at the GWCC leaving you more time at the show! Participating airlines and complete details (pdf 95K)
