Carl Baldwin has been an active screen-printer for over twenty years. In that period, he has encountered virtually hundreds of surface types and printing situations that have sharpened his skills. As a result, he has become an industry authority in the area of alternative surface printing. Carl is the owner of Falcon Graphics, Inc., and is majority partner of Embroidery By Design, Inc. Carl has authored or contributed to articles in Impressions, Screenprinting Magazine, SGIA Journal, and has spoken at previous SGIA shows. Currently, Carl serves on the Executive Board of Directors of SGIA, and on several committees dedicated to furthering the knowledge and skills of the screen-printer/imager.

Dan Marx, vice president, markets and technologies, has been with the Specialty Graphic Imaging Association since 1991. He works to represent new and emerging technologies and applications to the specialty graphics industry. Terri Ross has more than 20 years of executive level experience in apparel manufacturing and retailing in the United States, Europe and Far East. She started the clothing divisions for both Avia and Brooks Shoe Companies, where she served as Director, Designer, Merchandiser and Product Manager.
Ross’ entrepreneurial approach to the sewn products market has led to the development of several products, including a training video on CAD, FashionFindings digital clipart, and techexchange.com, which she sold to TC2 in 2002. Ross is a recognized expert on front-end technologies and processes.
